  • Slide into our Calendar and book a time for a chat, contact us via email, or reach out on Instagram for custom requests. We believe in getting to know you and building an authentic connection, so we can craft an experience that perfectly reflects your style and vision.

  • We offer flexible packages designed to fit your event’s unique needs, starting at a minimum of 3 hours. Each package includes a premium photo booth experience with top-notch technology, stylish props, and seamless service to elevate your celebration.

  • Yes!

    We love working with clients to bring their vision to life. Whether it’s a fully branded event, corporate logos, or a bespoke theme, we’ve got you covered.

    • Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.

    • After that, cancellations incur a 50% fee.

    • Rescheduling is free when done 7 days in advance.

SETUP & TECHNICAL FAQs

  • The booth requires a minimum of 4m x 4m of clear space for setup and operation. For height, we’ll need a minimum clearance of 2.4m.

  • Setup takes between 60-75 minutes, and packdown takes approximately 30 minutes. Don’t worry - this time is on us and is included in your booking, so it won’t cut into your event hours. We’ll handle everything seamlessly, so all you have to do is strike a pose and enjoy!

  • Absolutely!

    The Booth comes with curated props tailored to the theme, ensuring your captures look as fun and stylish as possible.

    • We require access to one standard power outlet (230V - Type I) — the common wall plug used across Australia.

    • Our booths include professional LED lighting, so your captures are lit to perfection.

CAPTURE & DELIVERY FAQS

  • All digital captures (photos, videos, and boomerangs) are delivered instantly via email or text during the event. You'll also get access to a live link where all your captures are uploaded in real time. This gallery will remain available for 30 days after your event, so you and your guests can relive the fun anytime!

  • We focus on digitised memories that are perfect for social media sharing and reduce waste. This allows us to offer a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience while delivering high-quality digital captures your guests can enjoy instantly.

  • Yes! Our booths allow for instant sharing, so you can post your photos, videos, or boomerangs directly from your phone.

  • Absolutely!

    The Booth comes with stunning visual styles and dynamic lighting effects. We can also add custom filters or overlays to match your event's vibe perfectly.
